"“WARNING” if I could give this agency a lower rating I would but I had to put one star to leave this review. I can’t really prove that this guy is doing fraud but how ironic that when I would ask about anything on my account he would get offended and not really give me a straight answer all this guy wants is for you to be submissive and sell you more insurance well not me after being with the Art agency for more than ten years I finally move to another agent and low behold I’m paying less for my insurance and here’s the kicker I have MORE insurance 🤔 any way I can go on and on but my advice is don’t be submissive and ask questions about your accounts with this guy. O except don’t ask his employee Stephanie because when you back her into a corner she just simply hangs up on you. Again I don’t want to give to much time to this guy and his agency but just look over your stuff and don’t be submissive ask questions I wish I would’ve done it earlier I probably would’ve saved thousands take care fellow readers."

"I recently moved into the Littleton area and had some questions after looking at my State Farm account. I called and Stephanie already anticipated my questions. "Recently, we were presented with a dramatic increase in premiums for our home and auto policies from our long time agency of 20+ years. Having been claim free the entire time on auto and over 3 years since a water damage claim on home, there was no real indication other than accommodation of rising costs and risk reallocation from other markets. While apologetic, they were unable to do anything to mitigate our situation other than reduce coverages and increase deductibles. We reached out to Art and his team for guidance. From the get go, it has been an incredible, personalized, high touch experience. Justus has really taken the time to guide the process following in the example provided by Art himself. Not only do we feel well cared for, the products they put us into are far superior in scope and are at a considerable savings over our projected renewals from the previous carrier. Thank you!"

"Very friendly and an honest review of our insurance needs. Art made only two suggestions but even then the changes weren't pressing or vital to our overall coverage. Its nice not being pressed into unnecessary coverage or being forced to pay for a coverage we don't really need."

"My family has been with Art for over 20 years. We feel confident that we are properly covered and at a reasonable price. The only “Issue” we have had was with a previous employee who set our accounts up wrong. Stephanie had a confusing mess she had to untangle and she made sure I was informed what was going on along the way. She was responsive, professional and incredibly kind. Thank you for your thoroughness while getting the accounts rectified Stephanie! We know things don’t go as they are supposed to but it’s the way Stephanie handled it that makes a customer feel valued."
